These prices are only for private tours.
Accommodations and their types provided may change subject to availability.
Breakfast is not provided on 1st day. Dinner is not provided on last day.
Tour operator will not be responsible for change in cost, schedule and other factors of trip due to factors like weather, road conditions, changes in tariffs, taxes etc. Extra cost caused by such incidents will have to borne by the client.
For 1 to 5 people, a Toyota Innova, Mahindra Bolero or similar vehicle is provided. For groups bigger than this, a Tempo Traveler or similar vehicle is provided.

Facilities provided tour cost:

Transport with pickup and drop from specified city in a car, van or SUV.
Breakfast as mentioned, lunch and dinner in certain places and during treks.
Accommodation in clean hotels, guesthouses, campsites and homestays in different areas.
Camping equipment on trekking trips, camping etc.
Service tax, toll, parking and other local charges.

Facilities not provided in tour cost:

Cost of permits if needed for some nationalities in certain areas.
Services of a guide for sightseeing will cost extra.
More porters or mules than the number provided by default.
Trekking and camping equipment, shoes, sticks, etc.
Cost of air and train tickets.

Cancellation policies

A: Any trip planning requires a lot of back end work, advance bookings and payments to various parties and vendors which utilise serious amount of effort, time and expenses. If you book a tour with us and need to cancel for any reason, we try our best to refund as much money as possible according to following rules:

Cancellation 20 Days or more days before the date of arrival, then deduction of 50% total deposit amount as Cancellation Charges.
Cancellation 10 Days or more days before the date of arrival, then deduction of 70% total deposit amount as Cancellation Charges.
Cancellation less than 10 days before the date of arrival, then no refund is possible
